Die "Planstadt Intrasphäre" ist ein Audio-Visuelles-Raum-Laboratorium, dass sich thematisch den aufkommenden gesellschaftlichen und technologischen Fragen des urbanen Wandels annimmt. Die Planstadt Intrasphäre ist ein mehrere Phasen umgreifendes Projekt. Jede Phase stellt eine Weiterentwicklung und Kontextveränderung dar, die sich in immer neuen räumlichen Potentialen entfaltet.
Örtlicher Ausgangspunkt des Projektes sind die Ruinen der ehemaligen Schrebergarten-Anlage in der Stuttgarter Straße in Karlsruhe, welche aufgrund von Schadstoff-Belastung in der Erde und spekulativen Umstrukturierungsmaßnahmen geräumt wurde und durch unvorhergesehene Kosten zur Entsorgung der Altlasten in einer Baustoppschwebe verharrt.

Der Stillstand des Ortes fungiert als Empfänger von Projektionen, die bespielten Bruchteile liefern die Reflexionen. Leere des Raumes wird durch multimediale Fülle transponiert. Eine Geschichte aus vielen Perspektiven, erzählt an einem zeitweilig existierenden Raum: die Phase I der Sphäre.

Die Planstadt Intrasphäre ist ein Audio-Visuelles-Raum-Laboratorium, dass sich thematisch den aufkommenden gesellschaftlichen und technologischen Fragen des urbanen Wandels annimmt. Mit den Werkzeugen der Kinematographie, der akustischen Komposition, der assoziativen Recherche und surrealen Inszenierungen entstehen Raum-Essays für Mutikanal-Installationen.
Durch Projektion werden die Fassaden der Baracken im dunklen sichtbar und eine der Öffentlichkeit unzugängliche Leinwand. Diese Bilder in Bildern weden dann wiederum für einen Ausstellungsraum transformiert und ineinander verschachtelt.
Aus dieser Arbeitsweise wird Stück für Stück die Sphäre erbaut und der Vielschichtigkeit von Urbanität eine Stimme gegeben. Die Sphäre spricht.
Sie formuliert sich selbst aus einer poetischen Städtebau-Planungsrhetorik. Sie wächst und wandelt sich stetig. Ein Plateau der Reflexion zwischen Utopie und Untergang. Raumeinnehmend bespielt sie Hallen, Kammern und Keller. Phase für Phase reflektiert sie die Stadt als in Beton gegossene Ideen gesellschaftlicher und ökonomischer Ordnung.

Planstadt Intrasphäre is an audiovisual spatial laboratory addressing emerging societal and technological questions of urban transformation. The project spans multiple phases, each representing an evolution and contextual shift, unfolding in new spatial potentials. The initial phase was exhibited at KaMuNa 2019 in the Lichthof 3 of the Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe. The installation featured an 8-channel video and sound on screens, accompanied by a floating construction fence and rolling tennis balls. The project's local starting point was the ruins of the former allotment garden facility on Stuttgarter Straße in Karlsruhe, which was vacated due to soil contamination and speculative restructuring measures. The site remained in a construction halt due to unforeseen costs for the disposal of contaminated sites. Through the tools of cinematography, acoustic composition, associative research, and surreal staging, spatial essays for multichannel installations were created. Projections illuminated the facades of the barracks in the dark, transforming them into an inaccessible canvas for the public. These images within images were then transformed and interwoven for an exhibition space. Piece by piece, the sphere was built, giving a voice to the complexity of urbanity. The sphere speaks, formulating itself from a poetic urban planning rhetoric, growing and changing continuously. It serves as a plateau of reflection between utopia and decline, occupying halls, chambers, and cellars. Phase by phase, it reflects the city as concrete ideas of societal and economic order.
