© Staatliche Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe BTS 2026 (BTS) 16mm Film Production and Postproduction Seminar 15-tägiges Seminar „16mm Film Production and Postproduction“ unter der Leitung von Marine Hugonnier, Pauline Čemeris, Eisenhart Keimeyer, Quirin Thalhammer und Till Gombert. Das Seminar richtete sich an Studierende mit Vorerfahrung im Filmen oder in der analogen Fotografie und vermittelte praktische Kenntnisse im Arbeiten mit 16mm-Film. Im Mittelpunkt stand die Realisierung eines dreiminütigen, stummen Schwarzweißfilms auf 16mm-Umkehrfilm. Die Teilnehmenden erhielten eine Einführung in Theorie und Praxis des analogen Films, arbeiteten mit 16mm-Kameras und Belichtungsmessern, drehten ihre Projekte auf Filmmaterial, entwickelten Teile des Materials selbst und schnitten die fertigen Filme analog an Steenbeck-Schneidetischen. Den Abschluss bildete die Präsentation der Arbeiten im Rahmen des Rundgangs im Blauen Salon. Erstaufführung: Rundgang Sommersemester 2026, 16.–19.07.2026 Blauer Salon / HfG Karlsruhe Created as part of the 15-day seminar “16mm Film Production and Postproduction”, led by Marine Hugonnier, Pauline Čemeris, Eisenhart Keimeyer, Quirin Thalhammer, and Till Gombert. The seminar was designed for students with prior experience in filmmaking or analogue photography and provided hands-on training in working with 16mm film. The central assignment was the production of a three-minute silent black-and-white film on 16mm reversal film. Participants were introduced to both the theory and practice of analogue filmmaking, worked with 16mm cameras and light meters, shot their projects on film, processed parts of the footage by hand, and edited the finished films manually on Steenbeck editing tables. The seminar concluded with a public screening of the works as part of the Rundgang exhibition in the Blauen Salon.
